As an Owner’s Representative, WMWilliams & Partners, Inc. (“WMWilliams”) provides dedicated representation on behalf of the Owner for all construction projects from conception through close-out and move in. This service is not intended to replace architects, contractors and or other consultants, but to become an extension of the Owner’s staff in making informed and cost-effective decisions.
We provide the Owner with experienced construction professionals along with seasoned expertise in all facets of delivering the project within established budgetary, schedule and quality constraints, whose primary purpose is to protect the Owner’s best interest at all times. We focus our approach on understanding the Owner’s goals and objectives and confirming that all project team members are working towards them.

Winston M. Williams, Jr.
The principal owner of WMWilliams, Winston M. Williams, Jr., is an experienced construction executive with over 28 years of experience on a diverse set of commercial construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to $1.15 billion. He has worked with some of the largest construction managers (Turner Construction Company, Mortenson Construction and Gilbane Building Company) in the nation on a myriad of projects. Over the past 28 years, he has held positions in all aspects of the construction process: Estimator, Scheduler, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Director, Project Executive, Sr. VP, and entrepreneur. These experiences have not only allowed him to develop specific strengths in managing the ‘construction project triad’, budget, schedule, and quality to the maximum benefit of his clients but have also allowed him to develop a network of construction professionals versed in all aspects of the construction process that he routinely partners with in delivering projects.
