I found Winston Williams, the project manager, to be extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of this project. Each quarter, he gave a televised update to the Board of Commissioners regarding the status of the courthouse. Winston’s professionalism and his commitment to meeting (and exceeding our expectations) resulted in our having an excellent new Superior Courthouse.
