Project Manager Winston Williams Jr., took the lead on ensuring that the project moved along according to the City’s schedule, and that all tasks and stages of this project were coordinated seamlessly. He consistently provided us with accurate information and regularly communicated throughout the iterative design and construction process. Winston always knew how to get the answer, and I found his resourcefulness to be quite an asset in working on such a large initiative. His positive demeanor, professionalism and integrity were very refreshing during our weekly meetings to track project progress and address/resolve issues.
